You can return any products you have purchased from our website within 14 days of receiving them.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us, in its original condition and packaging. The product(s) must be unused and still in the same new condition as when it was received. Shipping costs are borne by you.
If the product you received is faulty, you can return it to us with free shipping and, if we find it to be faulty, we shall exchange it with a new product.
For the watches we offer 2 years guarantee. Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications. With the receipt of your order, you can return the watch, we will repair it. If it cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new product.
